ILUS International (OTC: ILUS), a public Mergers and Acquisitions company focused on acquiring technology and manufacturing companies, recently provided updates on its 2021 acquisitions and partnerships.
ILUS has signed 3 precontract agreements with U.S. companies, and plans to continue making acquisitions through the rest of the year and beyond as part of its strategy, adding an additional $12 million to its annual revenue. The company’s third quarter, which brought in over $3 million in revenue, has been its most successful quarter thus far.
Two of the companies involved in ILUS’s precontract agreements, Bull Head Products and BCD Fire, have been working on gaining highly profitable contracts in the region. Bull Head Products is awaiting a potential $1.1 million contract, while BCD Fire was granted the second phase of its $1 million BURJ 2020 contract.
ILUS also announced an exclusive partnership with a prominent first response software company, and is working on a UK acquisition involving a group of 4 companies. “ILUS remains focused on the growth of a long term and sustainable company which continuously adds shareholder value,” said John-Paul Backwell, Managing Director of ILUS. “All business decisions are made whilst prioritizing aggressive growth and optimal value for our Shareholder Family. November is an exciting month for ILUS as we continue with multiple acquisitions, large deals, and significant partnerships.”
ILUS continues to seek acquisitions and partnerships involving IoT and software technologies, and is working with an acquisition broker to develop these goals for the company.
